While we provide comprehensive installation guides for all our products, we do not offer direct installation services. We recommend hiring a licensed contractor for plumbing and electrical fixtures.
What is your return policy for home decor and hardware?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all APEX Supply Co. products come with a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
